Cant beat this mic in most situations where you need a large diaphragm condenser mic.
Features:
Does not have switchable polar paterns - great as drum overheads in a matched pair no shockmount - but on the plus side has great internal shock resistance with low handling noise. gold sputtered diaphragm with great classic design wich makes pickup pattern similar to a neuman
Sound Quality:
Great frequency response. great sound on male vocals and some female vocals. best mic I have heard for under $300 and competes with more expensive mics as well.
Ease of Use:
With a high spl handling this mic can be put almost anywhere. too bad it doesn't have a pad so use on close micing drums can be a problem. mic mounting is a bit of a bug but once youv'e got the mic where you want, it will stay there. light weight makes booming it into areas relatively easy.
Durability:
Been dropped still works
