The best record Slayer has ever done, save Reign in Blood. The songs on this are melodic, dark as hell, and have this great groove that was new to Slayer, but has become part of their sound.

This is just about my favorite Slayer album. All the songs rock, but wait till you get to 'Ghosts of War', you'll be amazed at the sheer brutality of it. Also listen to 'Cleanse the Soul'.
