I would take this guitar over any other acoustic made. Even ovation to me doesn't stand a chance against this guitar.I wouldn't part with part with this guitar for nothing in the world. Thanks Dad for the best present a boy could have.Got this guitar when I was 17 years old now I am 33 and still ain't seen anything better.
Model Year: 1964
Price: $369.00
Where Obtained: marysville music center (family friends with owner)
Sunburst finish
The neck is perfect in everyway. The action was low but it doesn't buzz on any strings.
Sound Quality:
Low tone, it will accompany any acoustic guitar perfect. great for studio work or live playing with a good mike setup or acoustic pickup. The sound just sends shivers down your spine it sounds so good. But the early sixties models are considered the best by most even top players own theses guitars.
