In my opinon,this book is a must have for the serious player. To answer the questions above, it's a transcription and tab book. Yes, I think it's made me a better player 'cause I've learned from it. The book is surely well suited to my skill level and syle. No CD or tape included. Honestly, I don't think this book could've been any better. My favorite part is the whole thing. We all know that Rust in Peace is one of the best albums of all time anyway....GET THIS BOOK!!!
