Compared to their latest record, The Ever Passing Moment, this cd is amazing. when they started out, Mxpx were three 17 year old rockers who played in your face hardcore punk. after 4 or 5 albums, Slowly Going the Way of the Buffalo turns out to be their most pleasing effort. before this album, their lyrics had to do with Christian beliefs, but now they have more to do with everyday life. the melodies are more thought-out this time, and I can listen to the whole album without skipping a song. if you like Goldfinger, NOFX, H2O, or even Blink 182 and Fenix TX, then this cd is definitely for you.
