This book is exactly what I have been looking for. I had been compiling a list of multifunction chord forms since I started teaching myself guitar. This book expands upon that concept immensely not only in volume but in the way he presents the chords. The chords are displayed in a fashion that you can look at one chord form and using his formulas figure out all the functions, a simple concept lots of information.

There is a lot of information here--even though it's only 16 pages, you could spend a year in the woodshed with it and never learn it all. Henderson introduces a cool system that shows how the same chord fingering can function as several different chords (there's one voicing in here that can function as 17 different chords!!!). The drawback is that you are given no real direction as to what to do with the chords--you have to figure that out for yourself. For the 7 bucks that it cost me I can't complain, but I would only recommend this one to an advanced player who wants to really fatten up his/her chord vocabulary, and is willing to spend some time extracting something useful from the book.

This Instructional chord book, although a bit confusing, with time this 16 page book.....that's right!!! SIXTEEN PAGES, will have you throwing away that thick book of 20,000 chords. Patience is required. If there's anyone that's familiar with Scott's style of playing will be excited as I was because now I feel that I'm in his head and now I can create his unusual voicings and progressions. A must get!!
