Overall Rating:
Awesome. If anyone is considering buying a resonator, buy the Fender FR50. I love it. Can't believe I played with any other brand or make of resonator.
Model Year: 2000
Price: $299.97 (new)
Where Obtained: MusiciansFriend.com
Features:
Round neck. Spruce top. Mahogany back & sides. Rosewood fingerboard. 21 fret neck. Snowflake inlays. Die-cast tuners.
Playability:
Awesome. Very fluid. Easy on the fingers too.
Sound Quality:
I can wail some acoustic blues on it, or my friend can pick it up and pick some bluegrass tunes out. Great 'swampy' ringy tone.
Durability:
Haven't had it very long, but so far has held up very well. Climate changes don't seem to have much of an effect on it.
