-like i said, i don't use this very much as it's not my thing - i just basically have it for completeness. based on some of my favorite guitarists using this same pedal - jimmy page, zach wylde, etc - i'm pretty sure this is about the best chorus you can get.
-sounds pretty hardcore when paired with the big muff and some reverb
Model Year: 2000
Where Obtained: eBay
-level EQ rate and depth
-can be ac or battery powered, i run mine through an ac adapter
what else do you need
-les paul or strat through an ac30, and a variety of other pedals, second to last in my chain of 9-10 pedals. this one gets the least use - makes me sound very 80's hair metal, which is not appealing to me. i basically have it to be complete, and for blending with the big muff for the 'wall of grunge'
-not very noisy, very tweakable, i'd imagine if i was into chorus this would be fine
-very easy to use, but can't compare it with other choruses
-it's a boss so it's pretty solid
I wanted a chorus, so I got this on ebay. I also considered a boss chorus ensemble, danelectro cool cat, dod ice box. I'm glad I got this one. If I could get it for the same price or better, I would but it again if it were lost or stolen.

Stereo chorus foot pedal, you know the drill.
I am loving this pedal. I just got it today, but I'm getting some great tones. It's suited to so many different styles, you really can't go wrong with it. Or at least I can't, maybe some people won't like it, but I do.
Four knobs, good control. easy.
I just got, it was used but looks brand new. I can't say personally, but I hear good things about boss durability.
This pedal is a staple in my set-up, and i wouldn't be without it. Since i borrowed it long term from a mate, i may one day have to part with it... but i'll look for exactly the same as a replacement.
Price: $0.00 (new)
Where Obtained: Borrowed from a mate for the last 2 years while he's travelling!
This is a stereo-chorus stomp-box. The 4 knobs are: Level, EQ, Rate and depth. It can be AC adapter powered, or 9V battery.
I love the sound of this pedal, and am in danger of using it all the time. It goes right from subtle and sparkly through to full on wobbly Sci-fi effects.
This thing, like all Boss units, could survive just about anything.
