Active Bass is a great site. I got a file just to learn a little bit about the bass. It's about as good as it gets. It isn't as good as wholenote, but it's getting there. It's only worse becuase it was started one year later

Activebass.com goes hand in hand with Wholenote. Quite possibly the best bass site out there.

This site was very instructive for me, and I'm a
beginner.

Very good, a great bass player page, but not as suitable for Guitar players, I can only allow a four then.

A perfect companion to WholeNote. The same high quality and vibe you've grown to love on WholeNote. Recommended for bassists AND guitarists.

Just like WN, but for bass players! Same great stuff. I really like the composer and line builder there. Good to jam with on guitar.

I am a bass player and I just stopped by wholenote to check it out. If you haven't visited activebass yet, I strongly suggest it. If you know a bass player get a roll of duct tape, a 12 pack, and strap them into a chair and send them to active bass.

I believe this is the best page for bass players in the web.
Wow. As great as WholeNote is, ActiveBass is just a little better. My brother (a bassist) found it and didn't get off the computer for several hours. Awesome job!
