Description This young blues master thrills with a couple of great solo acoustic pieces, some rockin' blues and slide, and adds in a couple of cheesy pop songs to please the masses.

I really like Keb's solo acoustic stuff. "Perpetual Blues Machine" and "Momma, Where's My Daddy" are wonderful. Then he's got some rockin' blues tunes, like "Hand it Over" and "Standin' at the Station".

Unfortunately, every one of his albums has a couple of really cheesy tunes that someone at the record label must have forced him to make to get radio air time. This album is no exception, but if you've got a remote for your CD player, you can always just skip over the bad stuff...
