This is a fun album. Gatemouth brings a great energy and feel to the blues. There are some real rockin' songs here, like his cover of "Got My Mojo Workin'", the song "Cool Jazz" and the humorous "I Hate These Doggone Blues". "What am I Living For" is a bit bland and "Never Unpack your Suitcase" showcases a fairly mediocre piano talent, but on the whole it's a very good album.

I hate the fiddle and wish he would ditch it, but it's not too audible on this album.
