This is definitely the "best" line-up of Fleetwood Mac.Peter Green is in top form for the studio albums as well as the live tracks recorded in Chicago. His phrasing and vibrato are absolutely superb-reminiscent of B.B.King at HIS finest.A must have for any Peter Green fan!

If you think of Stevie Nicks, Lindsay Buckingham and the bass riff for the Chain when Fleetwood Mac is mentioned then do yourself a favour check out this 6 CD box set of the original Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac one of the finest blues bands of all time and hear why they outsold the Beatles and The Stones combined in '69. This box set includes the first 6 Mac studio albums (Fleetwood Mac, Mr. Wonderful, The Pious Bird Of Good Omen, Blues Jam In Chicago Vol 1 & 2 and The Original Fleetwood Mac) with the addition of outakes, alternative takes and studio banter this is the perfect showcase for Peter Green's, Britains greatest blues guitarist (Eric who?), excellent work they're all here Albatross, Need Your Love So Bad, Black Magic Woman. Recorded amazingly in one day at the famous Chess studios Blues Jam in Chicago 1&2 have the addition of some of the blues greats Otis Spann, Buddy Guy and Wille Dixon.
