Good book. Comes with CD, has a bunch of riffs that will help out with metal guitar playing.

Suitable for intermediate guitarists

This is a very cool book, many great examples that are later put into 6 killer transcrbed solos that play on the cd[ one with it and one w/out] not just for metal but for ne one wanting to bring up their guitar playing. i reccomend this for intermediates. much better than another book called "Guitar Secrets" by Joe Satriani. also check out "Speed Mechanics" by troy, that book is also very good.

I have'nt gotten through this book yet, but it's just to cool. focuses a lot on theory, which i really needed. This book will also push you to your playing ability limits, guarunteed!!
