I got this disk because Victor Wooten was on it. After listening to about 1/3 of it, I thought: "Who the hell is this guitar player?". Yes, I must sadly admit that I didn't discover Scott Henderson until this CD. Now, I'm a huge Henderson fan, and of course, Victor Wooten plays incredibly throughout. What can I say, two of my favorites jamming like mad together (and Steve Smith on drums is no slouch either).

There's quite a few "super groups" recordings out there, some good, some,(thunder), not so(down under) good. (cough). Anyway, then there's Scott Henderson. He's matched up with some monsters on their perspective instruments and what you come out with is some over the top, black coffee with a shot of espresso, forget the sugar playing. Which is its downfall. I love Scott's playing. In one hand I'll praise his ability to flow some really cool phrasing then on the other hand.... man, he could be out there. I think that's indicative of his personality. But the interplay is very tight and they definitely give each other their props! Must get!
