This DVD is great. Ever wonder what it was like to be 51 years of age and still have the dream of making it big in the music world - Welcome Anvil.

I remember listening to them with their first album "Hard 'N' Heavy" in 1983 and they were heavy. It is amazing that they never made it big other than the underground circuit - actually sad as other acts such as Metallica, Slayer and other large acts started to take off. The story of Anvil tells it all. A history of a rock band that never gave up. It is all summed up in this 80 minute movie that is packed with their musical adventure. The band also takes an adventure during 2005-2006 working on their 13th album and a European tour. This isn't Spinal Tap but the real life captured adventures of the band Anvil which features long time members: Guitarist/Vocalist - Steve "Lips" Kudlow and Drummer - Robb Reiner. The is one for all of us musicians showing the passion, drive and the desire to follow your dream!
