I chose this amp because I only had about $250 to spend and I really wanted
just a clean amp...no modeling effects and all that nonsense. I wanted an
amp that concentrated on the quality of its core tone and thats what this
does. I would definately buy this amp again if it were stolen and i didnt feel
like saving up for an Orange stack or all tube combo. My favorite quality is
probably the vibe you get from it...the tone with the orange tolex and the
ease of the controls? AWESOME!

Its got your basic rounded knob low/mid/high eq...a level and gain
knob....and the overdrive button. It is foot switchable if you buy the pedal. It
gets loud as heck for just jamming at about 3 if you have the gain all the
way on.
This amp is super mid-rangey...like, Clapton would have went gonzo over
this thing back in the 60's....lots of midrange, not a lot of bass...but a really
nice and pure clean sound. The Distortion is quite good as well but slightly
tiedius to trigger unless you shell out for the footswitch.
This amp is a no brainer...plug your guitar in, adjust the three banded eq
how you wish and que up the amount of gain. End of story. :)
I have given it a proper beating yet but it seems more than sturdy enough.
