Overall Rating:
I was lucky enough to have this guitar offered to me at an unusually low price and couldn't resist taking the offer. It's been a nice guitar for the money.I would probably consider buying another were it lost or stolen.I think that it's definitely one of the nicer guitars in it's price range.
Price: $500.00
Features:
U.S. made with solid Sitka spruce top and African Mahogany back and sides. The fretboard and bridge are Ebony. The back and sides are satin finished.Top is gloss finish.
Playability:
Guitar plays great.Action and intonation are good.Has a thinner neck than other acoustic guitars I own(Gibson and Martin).Neck profile hasn't been an issue for me but may be a consideration for players who prefer larger neck.
Sound Quality:
Sound quality is quite good.Maybe just a bit on the bright side and not as complex as higher end instruments, but for a guitar in this price range it's better than average.
Durability:
I've had this guitar for over a year now and it's proven to be sturdy enough to gig with under average to somewhat abusive conditions. No problems with excessive adjustments or changes due to climate.
