The YouTube videos are great also. The follow up "Time to Burn" is just as brilliant.

What can I say? If you look at the credits of many artists you will find one of these names somewhere. The most notible is guitar virtuoso extraordinaire - Dann Huff. Dann has played on many artist's recordings such as: Jeff Lorber, Natalie Cole, Martina McBride, Faith Hill, Bob Seger,... geez the list goes on.

What caught my ear was when I first heard Boz Scaggs - "Other Roads". I had to look at the liner notes to see who was playing guitar - it was Dann. Then the same thing happened with various Reba McIntyre recordings- it was Dann.

In 1989 a local radio station played the opening cut and single "I'm a Believer". The guitar work sounded familiar but I wasn't quite sure who it was. Listening carefully the DJ said that the band was called "Giant". Well I did a little research and who was playing guitar...Dann Huff. Cool he is doing some work for another is singing, writing, playing and performing - this was Dann's Band.

This CD/album is a work of genius. Every instrument and note played on every song is just sheer pleasure to listen to. Rarely do you find a recording where every cut is so strong.

If you love great guitar playing, you are in for a real treat! Pick it up if you can find made a believer out of me.
