Rating: After checking this out at their web site and reading the feedbcak from others I'm glad to say I made the right choice with this pedal. Now my buddy can gladly have his tube screamer back. With the exception of battery situation it's a great pedal to have and I'm sold on it.Now I have to make room for it on my pedalboard. |

Sound Quality:
This pedal goes great from metal to blues to classic rock depending on your type of music. You can't go wrong with this pedal. |
|
Ease of Use:
The one I got didn't have the booklet however if you go to digitech.com and click on the pedal you can hear a demo for this which captures the old Tube Screamers (TS9/808)and the DOD 250.As soon as I found the right setting (which was the the TS808), I plugged it in to my amp and was very pleased to get the sound I was looking for. Also the battery compartment might be tricky, you have to push a pin on the side of the pedal to get at the battery but I found it easy to get to. |

Durability:
Made of metal, very durable so it's great for live settings, can't wait to take this to the next jam session. However it's a battery eater so unless you have a few 9 volt batteries with you, your best bet is to get an adaptor for it. |
