BF-3 Flanger from Boss

Posted Jan 17, 2002 at 12:00am
BOSS announced the all-new BF-3 Flanger pedal, a sparkling new stereo version of the classic BF-2 Flanger, at the Winter NAMM show. Building on the 20-year legacy of the original BF-2, the new BF-3 Flanger gives guitarists and bassists a variety of classic and cutting-edge BOSS flanging effects in a compact pedal, producing some of the best flanging sounds ever heard.

The new "Ultra" and "Gate/Pan" modes in particular help the BF-3 create flanging with an incredible amount of depth. The pedal even produces Slicer-type effects for cutting-edge rhythmic flanging never found before in a compact pedal.

The BF-3 offers musicians other conveniences, too. It has dedicated independent inputs for guitar and bass. There's a momentary mode that enables players to instantly bring in the flanging effect by holding down the pedal, and the flange rate can be set by simply tapping on the pedal.

The BF-3 Flanger also comes with a BOSS 5-year warranty.
