After pulling in some $68 million on the road in 2000, the Dave Matthews Band has hammered out a new album and gotten back to doing what it does best. The band has set an itinerary for the first leg of a U.S. tour which will kick off in its hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia, on April 21st.

The band's new album, Everyday, is its first since Before These Crowded Streets was released in May 1998. The Glen Ballard-produced album will land in stores on February 27th. On February 15th, the video for the first single, "I Did It," will debut on MTV and VH1, and the band will play Saturday Night Live the weekend before the album's release.

Tickets for the Charlottesville concert will go on sale on March 3rd, with tix for the remaining dates available on March 10th. Warehouse fan club members may begin to submit pre-orders as early as February 17th via www.warehouse.davematthewsband.com. Dates for the second leg of the tour will be announced in March.
