Crystal Method are preparing their currently untitled album for release. According to the electronica-duo's management, the third full-length album from the Las Vegas expats should be due in early May.
The band has been slaving over the album in their Glendale studio for the past year-and-a-half, luring such high profile pals as former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee and Stone Temple Pilot frontman Scott Weiland to do guest vocals on a couple of tracks.
While Weiland's management didn't know the title of the song that he performed on, they did confirm that he had met with Crystal Method -- Scott Kirkland and Ken Jordan -- in their studio recently to lay down some vocal tracks for the album.
A source close to Crystal Method also says that the duo called on Rage Against Machine guitarist Tom Morello to put some of his distinctive licks on the album.
