Ben Harper Preps Live Album, Plots Winter Tour

The always road-ready Ben Harper is prepping a live album for release in the spring, and will head out beforehand on a twenty-two-date winter tour.

The aptly titled Live is set for release on March 13 on Virgin. The tracks were recorded during Harper's 1999 tour behind the release of Burn to Shine.

As for the tour, Harper and his Innocent Criminals will kick things off in Boston, Mass. on Feb. 1 before wrapping up in Charlottesville, Va. on March 3. The tour will primarily visit college venues, with a few auditoriums along the way.
