If you haven't yet figured out that the best way to hear the Dave Matthews Band is at one of their live performances, plan to bring yourself up to speed this summer when the group rolls out an extensive U.S. tour. Only the first leg of dates (listed below) have been announced, but the band's spokesperson says that Matthews and co. will imminently reveal another spate of shows extending through late September.
DMB's fanclub members will be able to buy tickets via a lottery beginning on March 18. Everyone else will have to wait until Apr. 8. Additional information is available at Matthews' official Web site, www.davematthewsband.com.
And while you're busy vying for a seat at one of his band's shows, Matthews will continue to be cooped up in the studio working on a new album. The group's latest effort will come out during the summer and is being produced by Steve Lillywhite.
