Last week, it was announced that Van Halen would be postponing more than 30 dates on their current North American tour.
Considering the news came by way of the band simply removing all tour dates past June 26 from their website, and cancellations showing up via LiveNation, speculation was rife with inner-band arguments, illness and most anything else one could imagine as the cause for Van Halen pulling the plug on the shows.
Over the weekend, David Lee Roth posted a video online to set the record straight once and for all. The reports we cited on Friday were pretty spot on, as Roth said the band are "getting along famously" and merely want to rest up before continuing their tour.
Roth also hinted at the tour lasting nearly two years, with plans for dates in Asia and Australia in the works.
