Depends how much you want to spend. Individual 12" speakers usually go for around $80 (but of course the price varies). A classic Marshall 4x12 cab, which probably sounds great but takes up more space, is about $600.

I am not worried about price. Right now I am just looking feeback to see what other people recomend. I alredy have a 100watt combo and 300watt power amp so I am not planning to by another amp for a long time.

In that case, a tube Marshall 4x12 cab might be the way to go. That's the hallmark of rock and is still a popular choice today. But please don't take my word for it. Go to the store, try some cabs out, and get some advice from the guys who work there and know this stuff better than I do.

Most importantly, remember the old rule of electric guitar: Technique is nice, but more volume can make up for any shortcomings in your playing :)

Sure, volume is nice in that respect, but if you really want to make up for lack of playing ability (not to say that this is what you're trying to doI'm just speaking in general), go with distortion. Mmmmmcrunchy...

Speaker handling capacity should be matched to the amp. 100 watts driving speakers rated at 100 watts will usually be more efficient than 100 watts driving 300 watt speakers. The better the match, usually, the more efficiency.

I would say that combo of amps would be pretty effective in driving a 4x12 cab. I have heard it done and it does leave your head ringing.
