posting a video

Forgive my ignorance but how do you put a video (the actual video, not a link) on the page?

Alfred - Copy the link in your address field at the top and just place it into the message area. Verify that the video comes up by hitting preview. If it does, you are good to go!

You may wonder why I'm using Daily Motion. The answer is I've already got stuff on YouTube under a different name and I want to keep the Alf Scoggins material separate. You can't have more than one ID for the same email address anyway.
