I get out and walk almost every day of the week for about 30 minutes, either just me at lunchtime and sometimes in the evening with my dog. She and I always get out for a few minutes in the morning and evening, but those are usually just about 10 to 15 minutes or so.
I have been looking at getting back to a more formal exercise routine, but doing a lot of chores like tilling up the garden, weeding the garden, planting it, installing some pavers on a patio for my girlfriend, and some other chores, so have not gotten that exercise routine started. I also have gutters to clean and grass to cut! I did manage to do some bicep curls on Saturday and some crunches.
Hope to get back into a regular routine to lose some weight and increase my fitness.
