WholeNote Health and Fitness Thread

I thought it would be nice to have a thread to where we can post what we are doing to keep in shape or something to do with health.

I'll start by saying that today I want to do 100 pushups, 50 situps and go for and hour walk, the walk that is, if it doesn't start to rain again.

Bro it feels so much better than just waiting for the pain to go away. I knew as soon as I woke up after the op that the pain was 98% gone and I will be able to drive and do all my normal stuff in 4 more weeks, so I am having a holiday at the moment and my students are seeing one of my other students who I now use as a teacher.

I get out and walk almost every day of the week for about 30 minutes, either just me at lunchtime and sometimes in the evening with my dog. She and I always get out for a few minutes in the morning and evening, but those are usually just about 10 to 15 minutes or so.

I have been looking at getting back to a more formal exercise routine, but doing a lot of chores like tilling up the garden, weeding the garden, planting it, installing some pavers on a patio for my girlfriend, and some other chores, so have not gotten that exercise routine started. I also have gutters to clean and grass to cut! I did manage to do some bicep curls on Saturday and some crunches.

Hope to get back into a regular routine to lose some weight and increase my fitness.
