Changing Musical Directions

After many years as a solo guitarist releasing instrumental fingerstyle music I've moved on to creating newer electronic based music using various guitars, keyboards and synths under the name "Dulcet Jones". More info and links at my blog: Dulcet Jones Blog

Very interesting Halloween video. It is always good to expand one's ideas.

Thanks. As you could probably guess, I put more into the writing and recording of the song than the video. The video was just an idea I thought of and had to try but my video skills all around need work. The songs that have realtime guitar are "Timeframe", "An Gorta Mor" and "Silicon Dirge",

I felt that the music itself was already so cliche(clinking chain sounds, spooky organ, eerie un-decipherable voices, haunting piano, etc....) that ghosts, skeletons, bats and all that stuff were out. My intent was to create something scary visually that didn't scream halloween, not sure i achieved it but i had fun trying. I actually tied a string to my video cam and dragged it around pointing at the cieling then touched it up with a video editor.
