heat sinking

if you mean ...adding a/or larger heatsink... not as of yet. DO always use thermal compound .if not ;only 5% of the surfaces are actually touching!
if you add abetter heatsink...make note of the isolation methods..eg. mica washers,screw isolators and so on.
