I am always looking for new and interesting chords- if you have a chord that you like, or a chord progression that you think is cool, let me know!

Here is my current favorite chord...

Well..
I love these chords:

B minor with the bottom B taken down to the A. It's good if you don't want to do two bars with the same chord - you can replace the second B minor with this!

My next choice is this:

A5! I like power chords (in moderation), but they sound awful when they don't have distortion! This sounds GREAT!!! It's A5 with the notes in 3 different octaves!!!!

I also like this:

An extremely odd version of A5! It sounds wierd. As if you're using a chorus effect, only you're not! HEHEA!

I also love this:

D minor. It's really cool!!!

And:

Good ol' C Major!

All hail me, for I am

I always enjoy your lessons Rick and would definitely recommend this one. I love the rhythm.

It's also good way to try out my favourite chord.

Another way is in a sequence my teacher showed to me when we did some work on 'I will survive'(corny I know but the sequence is easy and very effective). It went like this

A minor
D minor
G Major
C Major7

F Major7
Bm7b5
E sus4
E7
