Same name, but not the artist or the celebrity

We always at one time or another encounter and individual who shares the same name a famous person or artist. Well yesterday I encountered two new ones for me.

1) Jeff Beck
2) John Mayall

Imagine going through life with a common name as a celebrity all your life. The funniest one was on the Johnny Carson show when a gentlemen name Donald Duck was a guest. He was born before the Disney charactor was created, but think about how this fella went through his life placing reservations for a hotel, plane and fine dining? Whow.....

Don't get me started CP....LMAO....after all I am part Chinese and you know how many names can be created with Asian annunciations.

Are these people that you really met or, saw in a magazine or tv, radio?

Ben Dover always cracks me up.

We had a girl in our school name - Candy Kane just like the professional dancer.

A friend of mine had a classmate named Lisa Tekachet (spelling). Imagine the ridicule her whole life. Or people with the last name of Butman. The best one though was my spanish teacher in high school. Her married last name was Dumas. Another teacher in High School had the last name of Kilbreath. Dang I am on a roll - I had a junior high teacher with the last name of Steer and was a large human - yikes.

The world can be cruel!!!

Nice Kev nice. We are auditioning singers again on Sunday for the Journey band. Yeah we let the other one go. He would've been great for the Brian Johnson voice for AC/DC as he can duplicate that sound.

Well I gotta brush on those tunes again as I haven't played them for awhile. It's funny bro, I actually putzed with Zep's Kashmir last night. Fun lick, fun song.

I've got one in reverse:

I have a froend named Zack Smith (Celebrity) who is not the real Zachary Smith (villian in "Lost in Space").

Live or Memorex?

That is the question...
