What's up with responding to posts?

Okay, it used to be that when you clicked on "respond to this", it would attach your response to the post you clicked on. Now, when you click on a post and it takes you to a thread, your post is always attached to the post you originally clicked on to take you to that thread (even if it's your own) regardless of which post you are actually responding to. This makes it confusing because it is not possible to tell who the person posting is talking to.

This used to work. Is this an upgrade? Did they hire Microsoft to improve this site? (If so, no wonder it is taking so long.)

I just noticed that my own self with the last post I did. Maybe a glitch of some sort...I don't believe for a minute that the owners of the site will make any "improvements". Hope I'm wrong, but they've blown smoke up our asses once or twice with no resulting improvements that I know about.

Hey, let's all meet in the chat room...
Heh, heh.

Long live the 'Note!

Alan Roberts, get yer a-- back in here, bro, lol.

Later, Edd

Thanks for this thread ... I was starting to think I was too dumb to post my messages where they should be posted.

I don't think I've had a problem... although I always thought the layout of how threads worked here was a little... strange.
