Saving MIDI file from Groove Builder?

Hi, I'm a newly joined WholeNote member but have been using the site for years.

I thought this would be fairly easy, but I can't figure out how to save a MIDI copy of the tracks that the Groove Builder generates. Can someone help me out? I did search the forums, and there were ways of doing it on Windows that seemed like kludges, but I hoped there would be something more straightforward (e.g. "click here to download this groove as a MIDI" track), or for people not on Windows.

Thanks!
