Composer/Groove Builder Problem

Hey, I've been trying to post some lessons on the site, but, unfortunately, the groove builder and composer won't work. Is this only because my Java or Flash isn't updated all the way, or is it a problem with the site, but it's odd because everyone else seems to have it working fine. I would like some comments on here how to fix the problem. Thanks.
