Check out my video of the mighty Saxon in Glasgow a few days ago! They were amazing and brought back many happy memories of the 80's and The New Wave Of British Heavy Metal! Kicked the butt of all that hair band nonsense! ;)

One of the best gigs I have been to! Biff still has the old magic! Old style Metal is making a huge resurgence in the UK at the moment and bands from the 80's are finding themselves in demand and even more popular that they originally were! Roll on June 30th with AC/DC at Hampden Park! 53,000 mad mental metallers screaming for Angus!!

Cheers!!

I know that many of the bands from the NWOBHM have been around, but the resurrgence of many is just astounding. The band "Anvil" is still floating around after all these years. I thought they were gone. I would love to see Raven make a comeback.

Yeah, Anvil are making a huge comeback with book and accompanying movie, although Canadian they were massive at the same time as most 80's metal bands!

Dude, Raven are still on the go, they relocated to the US and are still kickin butt! I loved the album 'Live at the Inferno'!! The song 'All for one' is outstanding live! ;)

All the best!!
