Hey all - what you see above is a new song that I wrote. I also play/sing all the parts. Since many of you are songwriters as well as guitarists, I'd really like your feedback both on the guitar playing and the song as a whole. Criticism (constructive!) welcome.

Leaving a comment on the video is also welcome.

I like the song and the audio production, but I didn't like the video.
Not that the video should really even matter, at least from a
musical standpoint. Can't really peg what it is about the vid that
bothers me, maybe the editing. Maybe I'm just over-medicated and
tired...

Thanks. I've found the video aspect to be a tricky business because it does color the song in a lot of ways. It adds a dimension that you can't separate from the music.

I enjoyed the song. The vocals, guitar, and piano are fresh and blend well together. Nothing is overdone. Well done.

Good writing, good execution, good look/image.

If I had a label I would sign you. Throw you in the studio with some seasoned vets and see what slides out the other end.

Good Job.

Good job man. That's quite an acomplishment.
The mixing/recording seems to be about as good as
it gets without going to a pro studio.

Recording quality has been something I've struggled with, so it's nice to hear some good words about this one. Hey! Leper Affinity just came up on my playlist whilst typing...I love coincidences like that.
