Egnater amps?

I'm thinking of trying out the 212 combo. Anyone have any experience with them? Only GC has them, and I hate trying out amps on their loud obnoxious floor. I'm supposed to go in there with my guitar and pedalboard sometime in the next couple weeks. We'll drag one into the acoustic room.

Bruce Egnater worked with Randall for a number of years. In fact Randall's MTS series is pretty much his baby.

The Tourmaster 4212 kicks serious butt. I played one awhile ago (yup, GC. They're the only retailer I think.) and was completely impressed.

The power-cut feature really works and all four channels have distinct voices. It takes pedals well and will work in the bedroom and smaller venues. (Big venues as well, but hey, you should be mic'd at that point! ;))

It will probably be my next amp, but I'm kinda torn between the 4212 and a Two-Rock Jet.

Have fun and keep us informed. I think you'll dig it.

Carl
