I have a recommendation for you, myself! Check out BLUEGRASSCOUNTRY.ORG you've got to check it out. There are different programs throughout the day, so from their homepage, click on "Windows Media Stream" in the left column to hear some awesome bluegrass, old-time, and country music with the occasional smattering of other related styles (including some pre-Bill Monroe pre-bluegrass). I hope you get a chance to give this online radio a try.
