I think when you are doing certain kinds of chords and fingerings, a lower position guitar makes it so much more difficult on the wrist. I have an L5 and it looks huge on me! Great tone though. The neck is fairly slim but the body is a bit bulky. But the trade off is the tone. It has a gorgeous wood deepness to it that is the hallmark of the L5. Always wanted one and got this one about 10 years ago. Jim
