Yes, some processors can serve as a preamp and be ran directly
into a power amp.

there are some units that have a preamp plus a effect section like Pod and Boss or Behringer stuff. there are also pure tube preamps and far as I know a line6 pedal that would have enough power to drive the effect proccesor... sansamp or the triod... what exactly do you searching for?

uhh i guess i just wanted to use my gnx 3 as the tone an such and just get the sound out thru some amp that was loud with no effects or ne thing cuz id be using the gnx

That'll work. All you need is a power amp. 50-100 watts is plenty,
but you could use a bigger one if you had one.Just don't overpower
your speaker cab(s). If the amp is stereo and you have two cabs,
you can take advantage of the stereo effects.

That thing'l work with an old boom box stereo blaster with R and L inputs will do it, if they still make them that is.
Keep it dead low to start till you see how loud it will go before it starts.
