You CAN show staff here...!

OK, it's not easy but since everyone seems to ask how, I found a way.
1) Use a staff editor to create it. (I used Cakewalk Pro Audio 9)
2) Take a screen capture (Alt-PrintScreen)
3) Paste it to a photo editing program (I used MS Photo).
4) Crop it. Save it.
5) Upload it to a server.
6) Reference it in your lesson in html. Check it out! (IMG SRC=(path to your pic here))

whew! I haven't actually added one to a published lesson but it worked GREAT in an unpublished lesson, and I'll try to publish a real one soon (when I'm not working or playing). This approach would obviously work for chord charts, finger position pictures, whatever...

Whoa....just occurred to me that using this approach we could reference MIDI files and MP3s also. Are the "powers that be" reading? Is this kosher?
