I made some great wine. After adding the sugar the mixture began to bubble like a motor boat. I put the bottles in the empty bath tub. Closed that door and after a week I put it out in the garage. Six months later there was a blub blub now and then. After a year an alcoholic came over and wanted to start a wine company and bottle the stuff. Very potent. I didn't make any more after that.The nectarine tree was taken down because of termites. A cremation ceremony was held.

Never fear I had some great grapes that have potential for champagne this coming year.

By the way I live in the Wine Country as the soil is very good at my home.
