I was reading over the melodic arguments....LOL....I just say to each his own....One mans junk is another mans treasure..I think you all know where Im going with this ....so enough said.

With that said,I just want to say I think McLaughlin is a fantastic player ( And he dosent just play acoustic) I really dont know where that info came from....check out The Mahavisniu Orchestra...(Vision Of The Emerald Beyond) and (Birds Of Fire).....this guy tears it up...

All the other players mentioned are also fantastic...Dimeola being one of my biggest influences...but Morse and the rest are all terriffic....as for Petrucci....look at my home page...DREAM THEATRE rocks...that guy is unbelievable......
