If you like that kind of music check out Bright Eyes, he's a good songwriter with a different voice.

Its funny, I dont have a good voice I when sing my songs. Thats why I think I tend to like singers who most pple think dont have a great voice. i.e. Dave Matthews, and the System of a Down Singer, singer for the hives, and bright eyes. I would like to think that most people appreciate confidence, and sincerity in a singers voice rather than pure tone and skill. In some cases I even like when a singer is off key. You can here this a lot at karaoke bars, so much emotion in their voices :-) especially if there drunk.

Yes, yes.... probably the worst. I tend to forget bad experiences and listening to her was definitely an awful one ;)

Well, I've always thought that whatever voice comes out of a person, well, that's the way it is. There are PLENTY of people who sing and get paid to do that who aren't ever gonna knock people dead with their voice.

But the number one singer who always bothered my eardrums is:

For starters the Singer from system of a down. He is awful, get some nasal decongestant. My pet peeve though is these guys that sing in what they call "Metal" band that can't actually sing so they make stupid growling noises or scream so hard their lungs burst out of their chests. They think they sound like bad-asses but they just come across as childish.
