This is a very easy way to learn and really get into that dreaded technique called sweep picking. This excercise can teach new guitar players, or help polish up advanced players. To sweep pick for this excercise, all you have to do is play the first note, and just let the pick fall downwards, playing each note, then upwards, then down, etc. Its very easy, really.Try to do it very slowly first, getting your hands to work together, by that I mean you should be able to play this excercise slowly without mistakes in fretting or picking before you try to speed things up. If you have any problems, comments, or questions, feel free to send me a message, I check them every day. Also, don't feel intimidated by all the notes and the curves it makes, I didn't like to sweep pick until I finally tried it one day, its easier than it looks :)
