This standard blues piece is taken to a different level with super band Cream on Wheels of Fire. The trio of drummer Ginger Baker, bassist Jack Bruce and guitarist Eric Clapton start playing Spoonful as on page 1, with tempo set to about 240mm. They come to the interlude area in which Bruce plays a triplet figure. Somehow they transition the triplets in 200mm such that they turn into quarter notes in 300mm which I attempted to depict on the following page.

The night held a spoonful of diamonds,
The night held a spoonful of gold,
Just a little spoon of your precious love,
Satisfies my soul.

This lesson should use Ac Nylon sound so as to effectively simulate a bass line. Turn off Click and Loop so that meter doesn't influence sense of tempo.
