Hello and welcome to my first lesson! Created out of boredom and a desire to learn the Composer, I decided to craft a lesson showing some finger exercises that I like to use when warming up. Some people think that warming up isn't important, but I think it is. If you're an athlete, you don't just out of the blue start playing a sport; You stretch your muscles and do some cardio, some walking or jogging, get the blood flowing, before you move on to more difficult things! If you're not warmed up, and your fingers aren't firing on all cylinders, then whats the point?
Warning: Some of these are simple, but others can be a bit painful. The first few will allow you to warm up enough to tackle the harder exercises. I reccomend you try the exercises in the order that I've made them.
