The bass line takes on a life of it's own in these measures! Keep it smooth and legato, I can't say it enough. Barre the second fret on beat four of measure nine, then use your index and pinkey to fret the E7 so your middle and ring finger can walk the bass. The chord shape on the last beat of measure ten is a toughy. Do a half barre on the first fret and use your middle finger to fret the F# on the first string. Use your pinky to fret the G# in the bass. That shape may take some getting used to, and it may be impossible for you. If this is the case, use this shape instead:

I don't think this chord rings quite as nicely, and it requires more left hand movement, which makes it impossible to keep the bass line as smooth, but you may have no other choice. Some people just don't have long enough fingers...
